DYSON PARTNERS WITH G-OIL Ready for 2011 ALMS Season

POUGHKEEPSIE NY January 25, 2011– Dyson Racing is pleased to welcome Green Earth Technologies, Inc. {QTCQB:GETG} and their G-OIL® brand as the primary sponsor of the #16 Dyson Racing G-OIL Mazda Lola Coupe for the 2011 American Le Mans Series season. G-OIL is the world’s most eco-friendly ultimate biodegradable motor oil. Unlike traditional petrochemical-based motor oils, G-OIL is made with American-grown renewable base oils, and is the first bio-based oil to be approved by the American Petroleum Institute.

“We applaud Green Earth Technologies’ initiative in producing a motor oil, along with their complete line of bio-based products, that are relevant in today’s world,” noted Chris Dyson, Vice President and Sporting Director of Dyson Racing. “We live in a world of increasingly finite resources and Green Earth Technologies have stepped up and addressed the realities of the environment in which we live. Dyson Racing introduced the biofuel Isobutanol to the ALMS in 2009 and gave it is first-ever win at Mid-Ohio last year. We are proud to be adding G-OIL to our green platform as we aim to be the most ecologically- based team in the ALMS paddock with both our revolutionary green fuel and now G-OIL.”

“We’re ecstatic to be joining Dyson Racing in the ALMS’ premier class, the LMP1 Championship,” said Jeffrey Loch, President and CMO of Green Earth Technologies {GETG.PK}. “This series allows us to continue demonstrating the superior performance and effectiveness of G-OIL at the highest level of endurance racing competition.”

“With G-OIL on board, we anticipate a competitive 2011 season,” said Dyson. “We have two years of development with our Mazda Lola Coupe and we certainly proved last year that we have a very strong package. We will be working again with Dunlop Motorsport and that relationship has been tremendous from the outset. I’m thrilled once again to have Guy Smith alongside me this year. This will be our seventh season working together and we really compliment each other. Continuity in this business is so important. We’re entering the third year of our productive partnership with Mazda primed for success. Our goal is very simple this year: to be competitive at every race and win the LMP1 championship.\"

G1 Racing Oil is a superior performing oil that uses the power of nanotechnology to reduce wear, lower friction and provide increased horsepower while being safe for the environment and reducing our dependence on foreign oil. Green Earth Technologies, Inc. produces a wide range of superior performing totally green products. In addition to G-OIL, Green Earth Technologies produces G-CLEAN, G-MARINE, and G-FUEL performance products. For more information, please go to: www.getg.com

Dyson Racing will be at the kick-off of the 2011 American Le Mans Series season at the annual two-day Winter Test at Sebring, FL on February 9th and 10th.
