POUGHKEEPSIE, NY, JAN. 1 — Dorsey Schroeder will be returning to Thetford / Norcold Dyson Racing for this year`s edition of the Rolex 24 Hours. Schroeder, who finished second and took a pole in his two 2001 Grand-Am outings with the team, will join Elliott Forbes-Robinson, Rob Dyson and Chris Dyson in the #20 R&S mk3.

Schroeder last competed with Dyson in the Daytona enduro in 1999. In the 2001 race, he co-drove with Bob Wollek, Hurley Haywood and Sascha Maassen and finished 59th overall after engine woes sidelined the car in the eighth hour.

Rob Dyson welcomes Dorsey back to the fold. “It is great having him back, he is a fan favorite. He and Elliott are so good at managing the car. This race is all about survival, and I am confident that if we can make it to the end we will be right there.”

The #20 group will sample their 2002 Rolex contender at the Daytona Test Days, on January 3-5.
